Paperboy tassels are machine cut from premium grade tissue paper, for crisp edges and rich color.
IMPORTANT: This is a DIY Kit. All you need to do is fold the paper to make loops at the top of each tassel. It takes about 30 minutes to assemble the entire garland. A finished garland is 5 feet long x 13 inches tall.
Each tassel garland kit includes:
