Shipping
Paperless Post Party Shop provides a flat rate ground shipping option for all orders via UPS or USPS to destinations within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and the United States Territories). Please allow for 2-3 business days of processing before your order ships unless otherwise noted. Please note: custom or personalized orders take 7-10 business to ship.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Cancellations
Please contact help@partyshop.paperlesspost.com for assistance with cancellation, exchange or return requests. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to your order once completed, but we do our best to accommodate when possible. If an order has already shipped, our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you with a return.
Taxes
Paperless Post Party Shop does not collect taxes in all U. S. states. We only collect sales tax in states where we either have a physical presence or have reached nexus as governed by the individual state laws, and are therefore obligated to collect and remit sales tax on your purchases. Depending on your state, your purchase may be exempt from sales tax or you may be required to pay a use tax on your purchases made online, as part of your annual tax return.
Returns
We want your party to be perfect. So if you're not 100 percent thrilled with what's in this box, we'll gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, sent back with the original packing slip, and authorized by our customer operations team. To start your return, please contact us at help@partyshop.paperlesspost.com.
Sorry, final sale and other items marked as non-returnable may not be returned or exchanged.
Once your return has been received, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.
